The importance of As-Built 3D with the use of Laser Scanner, as far as engineering is concerned, aims to make its documentation updated regarding the existing installation quickly and efficiently, associated or not with a database. Nowadays, 3D electronic modeling tools are used, which offer better quality of visualization and allows better planning of maintenance, risk simulation, project extensions, repression and mainly detection of movements in the structure. This research aims to use the GNSS observing and Scanning Earth Scanner in the detection of structure movement, of a concrete bridge, located at MG 290 - Ouro Fino / MG. The coordinates of the structure were determined in two distinct epochs, allowing the verification of the existence of any movement in the structure. The results indicate that there was significant movement in the structure, where the XY components presented results compatible with the precision of the instruments and the techniques used. However, it was observed that in the Z component, the targets positioned where there is the greatest distance between the support pillars, presented differences at the centimeter level, which was confirmed by the targets fixed in the same place with the GNSS observations. When analyzing the data it is verified that this movement in the structure is due to the high traffic volume of heavy vehicles. Thus the two technologies used, detect accurate movement of the structure.
